I guess most of your swapping partners would prefer, that their full names and email adresses would not be circulated through the whole WWW. Perhaps you shoul delete the second spreadsheet of your excel-file?

Hello IceBaer,

very many international collectors have such lists attached to their double-lists.
It gives a good opportunity to spread their names to other collectors who did not know them so far. This way it helps making new contact and swaps.

By the way, before I add a collector to my list, they decide for themselves to be displayed there. If they do not agree, I will not list them
